Yves Lefranc, MD, CMO

Education/Background: Dr. Lefranc is from Southern Mexico and grew up in Mexico City where he obtained his degree in Medicine. He moved to the USA in 1992 and completed his residency in Ohio in 1998. Prior to coming to Columbia River Health, he worked in Portland for 20 years. He is the clinic's current Chief Medical Officer and has past experience as a residency program director as well as department chair.

Geoffrey Thomas, DO

Education/Background: Dr. Thomas graduated from A.T. Still University Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2005. Prior to coming to Columbia River Health, he was a family medicine physician in Ontario, Oregon. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team.

Adrienne Hayford Amsbaugh, FNP

Background/Education: Adrienne comes from Utah where she has lived most of her life raising her four children. She recently married a local Oregonian. She comes with extensive experience as a Pediatric ICU nurse. She has enjoyed caring for children and has a strong background in Cardiology and Congenital Heart defects. She has cared for trauma, respiratory failure, transplant, and metabolic disorders in the hospital setting. She received her FNP and has worked as a chronic pain provider for adults, prior to coming to Boardman. She now works in Family Practice at CRH. She is excited to be a part of this growing community.

Sonua Barrera, LCSW

Education/Background: Sonua is from Eastern Oregon. She attended Oregon State University and Walla Walla University from which she obtained a Bachelor's in Human Development and Family Sciences as well as her Master's in Social Work.
